The Riverside Opera Guild was organized in 1962 and incorporated on March 6, 1963. The ROG continues in its’ purpose of encouraging and supporting opera in the Inland Empire. The Guild raises funds for scholarships for opera students and works with other agencies and organizations to publicize and support opera and classical productions in Southern California.
Our Annual Fundraiser will be held at the Victoria Club on November 17, 2012 and the public is invited to attend. Cost per person is $75.00, which includes the Victoria Director’s Dinner Buffet, performance by the Riverside Lyric Opera and Silent Auction. The ROG meets the fourth Thursday of the month, September through June, at 11:00 am at the Victoria Club. Membership is open to interested people of good character who also share a love of the arts.
